Mark impressed with his knowledge of solar systems and his clear enthusiasm for making sure that we had an installation that met our requirements. He was thorough and diligent in talking us through the different options and provided a clear and detailed quotation. Everyone involved in the fitting was polite and focussed. Callum and Jack both worked hard to get the job done once started. Craig and his lads did a good job mounting the PV Panels on the roof. We did have a couple of issues along the way, but these were resolved swiftly. We have been re-assured by Mark's commitment to keep in contact and resolve any issues that may arise. Overall, Solar Plus Yorkshire provided us with an excellent service and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I have a solar and battery system that I purchased from a company that have since gone out of business. My app was showing a fault and my batteries had stopped charging and discharging. I phoned Mark, who sent someone out the next day to have a look and see what the problem was. The system had been incorrectly installed and had just stopped working. Marks team spent a lot of time speaking with the battery supplier/manufacturer to ascertain the problem. They repaired the system and it’s working correctly again. I highly recommend Mark company Solar Plus Yorkshire. They came out promptly, diagnosed the problem with help of Fox batteries and got me up and running again. Both Mark and his team are highly professional and it was a pleasure to deal with them. They kept me up dated at all stages of the work, which was complex due to the incorrect way the system had originally been installed.

Having been messed around by a previous company who we discovered were a new setup, we are now delighted with our new solar and battery aet-up installed by Solar Plus Yorkshire.
