I have a solar and battery system that I purchased from a company that have since gone out of business. My app was showing a fault and my batteries had stopped charging and discharging. I phoned Mark, who sent someone out the next day to have a look and see what the problem was. The system had been incorrectly installed and had just stopped working. Marks team spent a lot of time speaking with the battery supplier/manufacturer to ascertain the problem. They repaired the system and it’s working correctly again. I highly recommend Mark company Solar Plus Yorkshire. They came out promptly, diagnosed the problem with help of Fox batteries and got me up and running again. Both Mark and his team are highly professional and it was a pleasure to deal with them. They kept me up dated at all stages of the work, which was complex due to the incorrect way the system had originally been installed.

Just had solar panels installed at Steenbergs Organic Fairtrade spices, herbs, seasonings and ingredients by SolarPlus Yorkshire Limited. They've been great, very dedicated to getting it right and working around the storms and horrendous weather. Very knowledgeable and experienced and shares our enthusiasm and passion for doing as much as possible to help the environment.

From the very first contact it was clear that Mark and his team are committed to providing a first class service. Mark impressed with his knowledge of solar systems and his clear enthusiasm for making sure that we had an installation that met our requirements. He was thorough and diligent in talking us through the different options and provided a clear and detailed quotation. Everyone involved in the fitting was polite and focussed. Callum and Jack both worked hard to get the job done once started. Craig and his lads did a good job mounting the PV Panels on the roof. We did have a couple of issues along the way, but these were resolved swiftly. We have been re-assured by Mark's commitment to keep in contact and resolve any issues that may arise. Overall, Solar Plus Yorkshire provided us with an excellent service and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Having been messed around by a previous company who we discovered were a new setup, we are now delighted with our new solar and battery aet-up installed by Solar Plus Yorkshire. Mark was excellent at giving detailed options and ensuring that what we were planning would meet our needs and budget. The lads that installed were brilliant - helpful, friendly and respectful in their work and liaised with us to find ways of resolving issues that arose during installation due to the house structure and layout. I would strongly recommend this company to others - they are an established business who are clearly passionate about doing a good job and taking pride in their work.
