From the very first contact it was clear that Mark and his team are committed to providing a first class service. Mark impressed with his knowledge of solar systems and his clear enthusiasm for making sure that we had an installation that met our requirements. He was thorough and diligent in talking us through the different options and provided a clear and detailed quotation. Everyone involved in the fitting was polite and focussed. Callum and Jack both worked hard to get the job done once started. Craig and his lads did a good job mounting the PV Panels on the roof. We did have a couple of issues along the way, but these were resolved swiftly. We have been re-assured by Mark's commitment to keep in contact and resolve any issues that may arise. I have a solar and battery system that I purchased from a company that have since gone out of business. My app was showing a fault and my batteries had stopped charging and discharging. I phoned Mark, who sent someone out the next day to have a look and see what the problem was. The system had been incorrectly installed and had just stopped working. Just had solar panels installed at Steenbergs Organic Fairtrade spices, herbs, seasonings and ingredients by SolarPlus Yorkshire Limited. They've been great, very dedicated to getting it right and working around the storms and horrendous weather. Very knowledgeable and experienced and shares our enthusiasm and passion for doing as much as possible to help the environment.
