I have a solar and battery system that I purchased from a company that have since gone out of business. My app was showing a fault and my batteries had stopped charging and discharging. I phoned Mark, who sent someone out the next day to have a look and see what the problem was. The system had been incorrectly installed and had just stopped working. Marks team spent a lot of time speaking with the battery supplier/manufacturer to ascertain the problem. They repaired the system and it’s working correctly again. Both Mark and his team are highly professional and it was a pleasure to deal with them. They kept me up dated at all stages of the work, which was complex due to the incorrect way the system had originally been installed.

Callum and Jack both worked hard to get the job done once started. Craig and his lads did a good job mounting the PV Panels on the roof. We did have a couple of issues along the way, but these were resolved swiftly. We have been re-assured by Mark's commitment to keep in contact and resolve any issues that may arise.
